New Images!!!

These are the images I mentioned in the email. Once again, click on them for bigger shots. I will be updatting with new images tonight with new/better trees. As always comments welcome.

New Images!!!

I've been working on my concept for the gods platform. It's still a bit rough, but I happen to like it. It has a few problems, but by making thiese rendering, I have been able to figure out what the problems are and how to deal with them. The images are scale, but not ready to be built from. As of right now it looks like I can get the materials donated for this object. I'm still working out the details.

Ok, here are some rough images of what we have talked about for the set of Once On This Island.

The first image shows a rendered, isometric view of the set. I do not have exact measurements of Percival, so everything here is rough. I'll also appologize up front. I just got a new software package, it's a bit different from what I am used to and I'm still getting up to speed with it.

The raised section is for the orchestra. Right now the large sections on either side are 8' by 8' and the section between them is 4' by 24 '. IIRC that's about right for this stage, but the sides may need to change depending on how much room we need to fill. The trees are also representative. We need to talk about what kind of trees we will want, also if we only want them in the corners as shown, or along the whole bridge. Until I know wing space and door locations, I can not attempt to add escape stairs. As of right now, there was no plan for stairs from the bridge to on stage. The wooden area downstage is the thrust from Boys/Girls, set 1' below stage.
